STABILOY® Brand FeederPlex HS® (High Speed) Type XHHW-2


General Cable’s new, high speed wiring solution, STABILOY® Brand FeederPlex HS® XHHW-2 aluminum alloy cable, significantly reduces installation time before, during and after the pull. Consisting of a factory-produced, plexed assembly of STABILOY® Brand XHHW-2 conductors that are color coded for phase identification, FeederPlex HS® has a specially designed XLPE insulation that allows for fast and easy cable pulls without the use of pulling lubricants.

The all-in-one conductor assembly offers the electrical contractor an innovative solution to reduce labor, waste and material costs. STABILOY® Brand FeederPlex HS® XHHW-2 conductors are intended for general purpose wiring in residential, commercial and industrial construction.



  • Provides up to a 50% reduction in pulling force compared to standard paralleled single conductors installed with pulling lubricants

  • Factory produced assemblies minimize the number of reels required and simplifies materials management at the job site

  • Sunlight resistant with a maximum operating temperature of 90°C in dry and wet locations

  • Conductor insulation is free of harmful heavy metals in compliance with RoHS, Directive 2002/95/EC

  • Meets the requirements of Underwriters Laboratories Inc., Standard #44 for Type XHHW-2

  • Approved for use in raceways as service, feeder or branch circuits in accordance with the recommendations of the National Electrical Code®

  • Recognized by ASTM B 800, B 801, B 836 and B 901
