The Alcan Cable Design Software is a proprietary tool that was specifically designed for electrical engineers and electrical contractors. This tool will quickly convert low voltage 600 volt copper circuits to STABILOY® and NUAL® AA8030 series aluminum alloy conductors.
The software includes various conductor insulation types, conduit types, and MC Cable. This valuable tool performs several essential computations such as voltage drop, conduit fill, material, and installation costs, and it also provides detailed electrical comparison between copper and AA8030 series aluminum alloy conductors.
This tool also allows you to design and modify circuits per project and generate submittal, change, and final documentation as needed.
